Adi Kailash Yatra Circuit Trekking Tour

After breakfast, get ready to drive to Dharchula, which is approximately 100 km away. You will drive along the Kali River valley, parallel to the Nepal border, and reach Dharchula, the gateway to the Adi Kailash Yatra. Check into the hotel and apply for an Inner Line Permit, along with completing the medical check-up at the SDM office. In the evening, explore the nearby places. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Dharchula.

Have an early breakfast and depart for Gunji. You will pass through the Kumaoni villages of Budhi, Chialekh, and Garbyang. This is a rugged terrain, but the view of the Himalayan ranges makes the journey enchanting. By the late afternoon, you will reach Gunji. Check into your accommodation and relax. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel in Gunji.

Enjoy a relaxed breakfast at the hotel/guesthouse. You will spend the day at leisure today to acclimatize. If you want, you can indulge in a short trek to Nabi Village or nearby ridges for views of the snow peaks. This helps with the preparation of the Adi Kailash Yatra.

Have your breakfast and leave for Navidhang for Om Parvat Darshan. Navidhang is the base camp and viewpoint for Om Parvat. This is one of the most sacred peaks associated with lord Shiva, which is renowned for its natural occurrence of snow in the shape of the ‘ॐ’ symbol. After the darshan of Om Parvat, you will head to Kalapani Temple, the source of the Kali River. The temple is dedicated to Goddess Kali. After darshan, return to Gunji for dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.

Today you will drive deeper into the Kuti Village, which is named after Kunti, the mother of the Pandav brothers. You will gaze at the beautiful landscapes, where you will see wide valleys, grazing yaks, and also the traditional Byansi Stone houses. Overnight stay at a homestay in Kuti Village.

Today, you will trek slowly towards Jolingkong, the base camp of Adi Kailash Parvat. The trek is approx. 20 km and takes 2-3 hours, depending on the trekker's pace and weather conditions. After the holy darshan of the majestic Mount Adi Kailash, you will move forward to Parvati Kund/Lake. It is a beautiful, crystal-clear lake situated at the foothills of the Adi Kailash, reflecting the peak. Spend some time here meditating or clicking pictures. Overnight stay at the base camp.

Wake up early to see the beautiful sight of sunrise in Adi Kailash reflecting in Parvati Kund. Have your breakfast and then start your trek back to Kuti Village. Our tour representative will be waiting there with a 4X4 vehicle to pick you up. You will return to Gunji via Kuti Village. By evening, you will reach Gunji to have a rest and cozy sleep in your hotel.

After the divine darshan of Adi Kailash and Om Parvat, you will head back to Dharchula to return home. You will even stop for photos and snacks enroute. Then reach Dharchula by evening. Check into the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Today is the last day of your Adi Kailash Yatra Circuit Trekking tour. Have a relaxed breakfast at the hotel and check out. Our tour representative will drive you back to Kathgodam via Pithoragarh, marking the end of the tour. Return to your home with the blessings of lord Shiva after the darshan of Adi Kailash and Om Parvat.
